1 — Availability
We ask for your weekly availability, and how you'd rather hear from us — email, text, or a call.
2 — The offer
We send jobs with as much detail as we have up front, through your preferred channel.
3 — Confirmation
You accept, and we send an assignment and then a confirmation to lock coverage.
4 — The job
You show up and do what you do. If anything goes sideways, we handle the client side.
5 — Turn-in and pay
You turn in the transcript and your invoice; we confirm and pay — cancellations included.
